On the 9th of September at 3pm in NK14, New King’s .

There are a growing number of non-governmental organisations working to support people who have been failed by state services, from information Support (iConnect, AIDAB), through Food-banks (CFINE,Cyrinians), and housing support (Shelter, Penumbra), to financial (NESCU, St Machar Credit Union). These organisations see what changes are happening in Society and are a valuable source of information to shine a light on the problems facing society at large.

At this event we will look interviews conducted with people working in these services and attempt to use ideas from political economy to analyse what we find.
